The internationally-renowned luxury private members club brand, Soho House opened a new site in the heart of Manchester city centre in 2025. Marking the first location for the brand in the north of England, the development also ties itself firmly to the cultural heritage of Manchester with the main club space occupying the top three floors of the Old Granada Studios building, famous for many broadcasting highlights including the Beatles first televised appearance.
The Pierre Angulaire role as Project Manager led a multidisciplinary team through design and procurement to select the perfect fit out contractor. The coordination of work alongside ongoing shell and core and fit out of the Mollies Hotel on the floors below gave unique challenges for client Allied London and funder Aviva.
