Project Coast, Leeds

Located at Thorpe Park in East Leeds, at the time Project Coast represented the largest single out of town office letting ever recorded in Leeds. Pierre Angulaire assisted client Lowell, a leading credit management firm, on the 133,000 sqft building. Initially providing construction monitoring of the base build by the developer, the role then includes Project Management of the design with the fit-out contractor and a traditional Employers Agents Role.

With more businesses wanting flexibility from their office space, the client team have worked hard to ensure the new space will encourage an adaptable way of working. Pierre Angulaire has helped Lowell put a robust process in place to ensure the design will meet the future needs, where there is no current industry standard.
