The scheme will provide a mix of 375 apartments for the Build to Rent sector across two blocks with the tallest being 25 storeys. In addition a series of high quality amenity spaces are provided at the ground floor and upper podium / terrace levels. The scheme also includes a ground floor car park, roof mounted PV’s and brown roof sustainable drainage system and high quality external works.
Due to its location adjacent to the railway line all site investigations and design progression was done in close coordination with Network Rail under a Basic Asset Protection Agreement. We established a series of regular meetings with the key stakeholders to ensure that technical input and approval was obtained in a timely manner and there was no impact to the delivery programme or smooth operation the transport infrastructure.
