Kirkstall Forge is a 57-acre, mixed-use development of 1,450 homes and 300,000 sq ft of high-quality offices, together with associated leisure, shops and restaurants. Pierre Angulaire are the overall Strategic Project Managers for the site and are also Project Managers / Employer’s Agent on all live plot workstreams. Kirkstall Forge is the oldest continually industrialised site in the UK and intertwines placemaking, industrial heritage, sustainability, cultural values and quality buildings to provide one of the largest and most inspiring regeneration projects in the North of England.

Due to its size and history it also has a number of significant development challenges which we are managing including a wide range of stakeholders, contamination, obstructions in the ground, Tree Preservation Orders and the requirement to bring in all new infrastructure and utilities to site.
